This website, www.biowillowcoffins.co.uk, is operated by Bio Willow Coffins Ltd (“Bio Willow Coffins”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12555225, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Our content and software

The website, including the Tailor-made configurator, its 3D preview engine, source code, algorithms, models, textures, images, texts, graphics, layout and design (“the Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Bio Willow Coffins Ltd. All rights are reserved.

2. What you may do

You may view the website and use the configurator to design a coffin and send us a request, for your own use or on behalf of a family whose funeral you are arranging (for example as a funeral director).

3. What you may not do

Unless we have agreed in writing, you must not:

  • copy, download, store, reproduce, modify, distribute or publish any part of the Content, except as needed to view it in a browser;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, de-obfuscate or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, geometry or models of the configurator, or capture its 3D data;
  • use robots, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, AI agents or any other automated means to access, extract or monitor the Tailor-made configurator and its 3D preview (search engines may index the other pages of this website, as allowed by our robots.txt);
  • use the Content for text and data mining, or to train, fine-tune, test or prompt any artificial intelligence or machine learning system. We expressly reserve these rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and any equivalent law; this reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form (/.well-known/tdmrep.json, robots.txt and HTTP headers);
  • create a product or service that copies or imitates the configurator or its 3D preview.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

The configurator contains technical measures and identifying marks that allow us to recognise copies. We may block access, and we may take legal action against infringements.

5. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
